Room Rental At The Rose Center

Rose Center has rooms available for individual, group, professional, and business functions. The Center's facilities can be used for banquets, weddings, classes, concerts, lectures, luncheons, meetings, parties, wedding receptions, recitals, seminars, showers, teas, and weddings.

All room rates include tables and chairs. For large events, an additional setup fee may be charged. Click on any of the links below for room size, capacity, and pricing information.

Jean Keener Community Room


Information:
The Jean Keener Community Room is a versatile and stylish room, located on the main floor of historic Rose School. Featuring floor-to-ceiling bookshelves along the eastern wall, plush wall-to-wall carpeting and a half dozen large windows, this is a wonderful room for 100 or fewer attendees. The room has a convenient, adjacent fully applianced kitchen.

Seated for meals: 50 maximum
Lecture seating: 75 maximum
Reception standing: 75-100

Foyer



Foyer, Gazebo & Grounds

Many brides and grooms decide to marry in our historic building and walk down our majestic staircase, rather than “the aisle.” Frequently, the foyer is used in conjunction with the Community Room for the reception. In warm months, couples may also choose our backyard gazebo to take their vows. Our classroom spaces are sometimes available for dressing rooms, private areas, babysitting areas, and other uses.

Prater Hall
Information:
Prater Hall is Rose Center’s elegantly-appointed banquet facility. The area features 2,500 square feet of parquet floor for dining and dancing, as well as a large stage area for entertainers and a fully-outfitted commercial catering kitchen. Fine art prints add to the elegant surroundings.

Technology:
The facility has an integrated wireless network with projector, large screen and sound system. Stage lighting and chandeliers are adaptable to any occasion.

Set-up:
Tables and chairs are provided with rental fee, and our staff places them according to your design. Special Events Perfect for any occasion: wedding receptions, showers, banquets, business meetings & luncheons, recitals, and much more.

Size: 68.5 ft. X 40.5 ft.
Meals Seated: 180 (up to 250 with Renter-Provided Tables & Chairs)
Lectures Seated: 180 (Up to 300 with Renter-Provided Chairs)
Receptions Standing: 320 Maximum
